How It Works

 

Services are provided at an hourly fee of $120 with the time spent on your project managed through time-tracking software and billed monthly. After reviewing the list of our design services, please inquire if you have additional needs that may not be listed.

Core Design Services

​

• Design concept development using CAD floor plans and 3D renderings to recommend sizing, quantities, finish, fabric, materials and color.  An inventory of existing fixtures and furnishings can be used to support recommendations for inclusion into your new floor plans.  After making your selections, we are happy to assist with shopping and purchasing, delivery and installation scheduling.

• Soft furnishings including window treatments and shades, pillows and cushions for which we will assist with style selections, obtain fabric samples, yardage requirements and labor quotes.

• Expert paint color and palette recommendations including sheen and product selections.  For whole house paint consultations please contact us for details and pricing.

• Hardware finish and style recommendations for interior and exterior doors and cabinetry with hardware sizing, placement and subcontractor installation packages.

• Closet Design using CAD software for all your storage and accessory needs.

• Project Management with vendor and contractor coordination for your finish materials delivery and installation.
