Meet The Team
David Annand | Owner/Designer
David graduated from UMass Amherst with a degree in Finance before exploring his talents as a designer. He has crafted his technique for over 25 years in Southern New Hampshire, delighting clients and constantly pushing boundaries by asking, “what if?” He has been featured in magazine articles and has received numerous Cornerstone Awards for his creativity.
Whether it comes to schedule changes or new ideas, David is very flexible and has an upbeat personality and positive attitude to match. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters, Katie and Emma, and enjoys golf and curling.
Jennifer Annand | Designer
Jennifer has a degree in Interior Design from Mount Ida College in Newton MA and relocated to Southern New Hampshire after working as a furniture design consultant. She’s worked closely with clients to build relationships over almost 20 years and encourages homeowners to express their unique style during remodels.
Jennifer enjoys being a team leader, is very organized, and has an eye for detail. She excels at strategic planning, process implementation, and creative thinking. She previously worked and continues to volunteer in the local nonprofit sector, creating relationships and giving back to her community.
Jennifer and David live in Hollis NH with their pug, Tucker.
Paula Kifer | Designer
Paula has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Southern NH University and an Associate of Science degree in Interior Design from Hesser College. Prior to transitioning to her career in the Interior Design field, she spent over 20 years in the Insurance and Software industries, where she focused on data and business analysis for strategic Information Technology projects.
Paula brings a strong process and strategic planning approach to her role as an Interior Designer with over 10 years of experience working with clients on both small and large-scale remodeling projects. Her communication skills and design background allow her to assist clients in creating beautiful, functional spaces and aid in decisions about lighting, hardware, floor and window coverings, furniture, and paint. In her growing expertise as a Kitchen Designer at Expert Design Solutions, her knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, space planning, and specifically closet design are in high demand.
